Yesterday after I finished cooking all my taco meat it reminded me I hadn't had a ground beef and potato burrito lately. 
So, today for lunch I made one and boy was it good!
The best thing, aside from the taste is the price, it is so inexpensive to make burritos and they are so versatile.
You can't go wrong with a meat and potato burrito! Pamela and I are eating chicken/cheese quesadillas right now for lunch. Quick, easy and cheap!!
