Home Grown Bounty

I have always canned foods...but on a smaller scale. Now as I look at what I have so far it looks like I "over did it"!
However, once winter is here I will probably wish I had canned more.

  3. Looking good! I personally am about tired of canning, but haven't even begun on the salsa. We normally can at least 50 qts of the stuff(Use it in chili, soups and other goodies all year). You'll be so happy to have this stuff later.
