yum, I love canned apples like that. We have another 4 weeks or so before apples are ready at the fruit stands, then I will be putting up apples like a crazy woman ;-)

I had just enough apples to fill 7-quarts;
And enough juice for jelly or syrup.
Not too bad for a 6-dollar investment.
