Rotisserie Chicken
We love to eat rotisserie chicken.
Slow cooking a chicken makes the meat so tender and juicy with lots of flavor.
The best part of the chicken is the leftovers; we love using them for casadias.
I purchased my rotisserie cooker used at an estate sale several years ago for 10-dollars; it has paid for itself over and over again.
