I have spent most of today in the sewing room trying to finish a quilt that is to be a "Thank You" gift for a friend.

I used a pattern called "Take Five, by The Teacher's Pet". My local quilt shop had this instock and I thought it would be a fun pattern to work with. The pattern calls for 5 fabric prints but I think next time I work with this pattern I would like to try 10 prints to add more color to the quilt.

The machine quilting really transforms the look of a quilt. I am hoping to finished all the quilting this evening so I can bind it tomorrow. All I lack is the lower right corner section to be finished.
