Today was hot so I decided to take the kids to the lake. Because we live in West Texas, a dry area, finding a swimming hole isn't easy. The only place I know of that has enough water for swimming is Buffalo Springs Lake. It is a pretty place but it isn't free so we do not go very often. The cost is $5 per adult and $3 per child.
Our outing began with my Personal Chauffeur at the wheel.

I heard there were a lot of changes at Buffalo lake. I also recognize that beach area. I got my truck stuck in it one time. This is where Alan and I used to FISH all the time when we first met.
What happened to that pool you bought last year?
I think it would be worth the money to enjoy that pretty lake.
Thanks for sharing.. I enjoyed the pictures.
