Our first day began with a wonderful rain which was perfect since I love being in the rain.
As we were driving we saw some Long Horns; this one is nursing her calf.
This is the view from a road side park we stopped at. It was so pretty; we could see for miles.
While at the road side park we saw this cute water dispenser that had a foot petal you used for getting the water. Elizabeth wasn't strong enough to push the petal herself so Jonathan had to help her.
I love this stove we found on display at a small museum in Seymour.
Once we reached our motel the pool kept calling our name.
It was so refreshing and cooled us off perfectly!

That stove is exactly like the one Betty has in her kitchen, other then everything is reversed.. oven on right and burners on left.
