Peppers Hot Hot Peppers

Fresh picked peppers....
Newly washed...

And preserved.

The first picking provided enough peppers to fill a dozen 4-ounce jar with leftovers. These will be used for salsa so instead of canning them in vinegar I used water and processed in the pressure canner.
