The last peach tree has now been picked. The birds and wasps ate at least half of the peaches.
But we still managed to collect quit a few.
And we canned 10 quarts this evening.
I love being able to see how the peaches look inside the jars.
Glass is so much nicer than a can.

Mom use to stand and admire her canned foods and say there wasn't anything prettier then seeing your hard work smiling back at you.

How many jars have you canned from your peach trees so far? Also, are you getting enough rain or do you have to water your trees?
