Cottage Quilt Block

On the blog "Freda's Hive" there is a tutorial for making cottage blocks. These little cottages are the cutest!
Tonight I began one of the blocks and it is so simple to make. I chose oriental print fabrics for my first block.
I love how the little boy and girl look in each window.

This quilt block was a lot of fun and I am looking forward to making more in the future.

Nanette sent me. Oh my goodness I LOVE you kokeshi dolls in the window. GREAT idea. I made a quilt using the green kokeshi fabric and I have some of the pink that I was saving for just the right project. I may have to "copy" you. :o)
