Toasted Cheese Garlic Bread

Yesterday when I came across the "Bargain Cheese" at the store I called my mom to see if she had ever tried it and if she thought I would like it. As it turned out my mom was at my sister's house and between the two if them I was filled with ideas on how to us 4-cheese Italian blend.

Here is what I tried first...Toasted Cheese Garlic Bread. To make it simply butter some slices of french bread; sprinkle on a little garlic powder; top with a little 4-cheese Italian blend; and then sprinkle on a little oregano. Bake at 450-degrees until the cheese is toasted.
Yum, this was so good!

It is good and I guess tomorrow I'm going to have to make me some. Maybe just eat it for my lunch.

Oh my gosh I am going to make this. I never thought of putting oregano on my garlic bread. Seriously - silly of me not to think of that. I love oregano. This looks so good.
