Over the weekend Pat cut down a Mesquite tree and drug it with the tractor to the house. All the leaves and small branches are cut off; And stored in a barrel for kindling.
After the large branches and trunk were cut up;
We are ready to bar-b-que!

Why'd ya cut down the tree? I know you could use a few extra ones? By the way, how's the orchard doing?

My husband loves BBQ-ing over wood but we don't have mesquite up here. He usually uses apple wood or hickory.
