This morning I purchased what I thought was a slab of pork ribs...
That turned out to be a slab of pork brisket ribs...
For 90-cents a pound. So worth the 30-seconds it took me to walk to the meat section! These will be on our next Bar-B-Que menu.

Hmm wouldn't they be called country style ribs? Now that's a bargain.
