Two years ago I made Elizabeth a summer capri outfit. She loved it and wore it until the pants were too tight around the waist. Recently she asked me to make another outfit and this is what I came up with.
Elizabeth is happy to have another outfit with the "Apples and Pears" fabric she likes so well. I love how you can take winter jeans that are too short and turn them into summer pants!

this is really, really cute! I cut all Jessie's jeans from winter (that she has destroyed the hems on) into capris - she loves them and I don't have to buy her capris:)

Adorable! I actually did that with some jeans I had that were to short....well, I didn't add a ruffle, but I cut them off, rolled them up a bit so they had a "cuff" and love them. I wear a lot of capris.
Jeans can be recyled into so many things! I need to make myself and Pamela some summer clothes!
