The big day has arrived, the packing is finished, the loading complete. We spent 2-weeks buying new clothes and gathering supplies needed for the internship. I have been trying to focus on the positive;
He will be coming back home before fall classes begin.
He parted with all of us excited about the internship.
He wasn't leaving because he is tired of us.
He isn't running away from home.
He loves us and we love him, what more could we ask for.

ohh Patty, big hugs!!
Yes, big hugs. You are so lucky that J isn't tired of you. Prayers for a safe journey and for J's happiness and success.
((hugs))
He'll be back before you know it and he's going to have so much fun.
(((HUGS))) As much as we hate it, we have to let them go sometime. My daughter left the weekend after graduation and has never moved back home. Now she has a nice husband, house and beautiful babies that call me Gma! It's all worth it when that moment arrives!
Just think how exciting this must be for Jonathan. He'll be back home before you know it.
