Apple Sauce

 I love making apple sauce.
It's so very easy.
 It isn't necessary to peel or core if a food mill is used; the mill does all the work of separating for you.
 Elizabeth was my taste tester.
 Here is my sauce waiting to be canned.
 I really enjoy looking at newly canned foods.
Canning is so fun!

A food mill? And you don't have to do all that work? I don't know why I didn't think of it. Looks so simple. How long did you water bath can it for?

yummm! Did you guys grow those apples? If so, do you know what variety they are? We're hoping to plant apple trees in the next year or so but there's probably not very many varieties that will produce down here.
