On Monday our destination was the Ft. Worth Zoo. It was very nice, had a nice variety of animals and lots of green plants, bamboo, and very large trees. Here is Jonathan and Elizabeth at the entrance to the zoo. As you walk up to this area you can hear jungle music playing everywhere.
This waterfall was in the middle of the zoo and fit perfectly.
In one area there was a small petting zoo and children's play area. Elizabeth liked brushing this goat and I guess he liked her because he is trying to give her a kiss.
Our favorite attraction at the zoo was this Bald Eagle. He was so pretty and kept moving around and ruffling his feathers. I wish we could have taken his photo without the fence.
By 3 PM we were all exhausted and ready to head home.
